Orestis is our in-house writer. He has a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Philosophy and a master’s degree in Modern Literature. Despite his technical distinctions, creative writing has always been his passion at heart. 

Orestis has worked in editing, proofreading and the translation of a variety of projects, ranging  from marketing and business write-ups to screenwriting and poetry. He published his personal poetry collection entitled Dwelling in the online journal ‘This unreal country’ in 2020. 

An active scout from a young age, Orestis has developed an intimate understanding of nature and the dangers it faces in this modern age. Utilising this sensitivity to the natural world, he has developed the Pogis Somer character and story in a way that directly engages with and addresses environmental concerns.
